Before the games officially begin this weekend, celebrities have headed out to the city for pre-celebrations, and last night Zendaya arrived at the Louis Vuitton Olympics Prelude event in a shimmering gown and a low-key neutral manicure.

On July 25, Louis Vuitton held its kickoff party as an official sponsor of this year’s Olympics. The luxury brand and its parent company, LVMH, are partnering with this year’s games to provide torches and medal trunks. For the event, the Challengers actor donned a statement Louis Vuitton LBD with a simple polished nail look adding to the elevated feel of the outfit.

Holding a mini Louis Vuitton trunk-esque bag, the 27-year-old opted to go with a simple yet effective approach with her Olympics manicure. On square-shaped nails, she wore a barely-there coat of pink polish that leaned slightly nude, like a your-nails-but-better shade. The color was the perfect compliment to her shimmering dress—it added another polished layer to her look without taking the spotlight away from her gown.

For makeup, the actor continued with an easygoing, soft-glam theme. It looked like she was wearing minimal makeup with a radiant base and a touch of blush, highlighter, and lip gloss for an all-over luminosity. She wore black mascara, which created fluttery lashes that she paired with a bronzy eyeshadow. Her new light blonde hair rested on her back and was styled in soft curls in a faux wet look that was giving mermaid energy.
