Emily Ratajkowski Just Proved That This Skin-Baring Y2K Trend Is Back

It’s been an especially steamy summer, and when temperatures soar, picking out an outfit that’s as comfy as it is cute becomes a challenge. Last month, the model stepped out in New York City sporting the perfect solution to our heat wave fashion woes: a halter top.
