Since unveiling its very last print issue back in 2019 (with Amber Heard on the cover), Glamour had ultimately fallen off our radar here at theFashionSpot. However, the Condé Nast-owned title had our undivided attention more recently in June, as editions of Glamour from across the world welcomed Lupita Nyong’o as their global cover star. The American edition, edited by Samantha Barry, bestows upon us none other than Christina Aguilera as Glamour‘s cover subject for August 2024. The American multiple Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter poses down in the beach to commemorate 25 years in the music business. Captured by photographer Christine Hahn and styled by Ryan Young, Aguilera works a satin mini dress from Saint Laurent and a matching Sergio Hudson cape in the sun-lit cover shot.

“WOW! The cover is a Photoshop disaster! I thought it was a mix of Gwen Stefani and Lady Gaga,” Bertrando3 exclaimed the second the cover came to light.

“The cover would have been OK but the hair feels too flat. Plus, for some reason the angle emphasizes how petite Christina Aguilera is,” Urban Stylin chimed in.
