Taylor Swift’s Stawberry Red Nails Are Giving “Miss Americana”

Did you know Taylor Swift shops at two of my favorite stores? The star stepped out in a look donning pieces from Reformation (a brand she wears again and again) and Crap Eyewear, both fairly affordable brands that now have the pop star’s stamp of approval. To pair with her refreshingly chill outfit, she wore an equally as low-key manicure.

On September 8, Swift and Travis Kelce arrived at the US Open Men’s Finals—but you already knew that. Of course, all eyes were on the Fearless singer, who looked like she was having a blast in color-coordinating outfits with her boyfriend: Kelce wore an all-Gucci look, and she wore a summery gingham dress with an easygoing red manicure to match.

Is it even a Taylor Swift look without color coordination? The singer’s penchant for red was on display, donning the classic bright hue on her nails. The no-frills manicure looked as though it was painted on her natural short square shape and finished with a glossy top coat for some shine. And, that was it! Swift tends to keep her manicures simple, and this time was no different.

Swift stuck to her go-to glam playbook as of late: swooping side bangs, a crimson red lip, and a lightly blushed cheek. Swift’s bangs lay flat and have a blunt cut that stops right at the eyebrows, but she styles them slightly to an angle to give them some movement. Under her glasses, she had the tiniest red flush (courtesy of blush or perhaps a few Honey Deuces) that paired with her signature red lipstick.

Her eyes were covered by cat-eye sunnies from Crap Eyewear that had red lenses which matched the gingham print in her Reformation dress and her red Gucci mini Jackie purse.
