Zendaya’s Wet-Look Hair Is Perfect for Fall Nights Out

When Zendaya steps out, she always gives the fashion and beauty girls a treat. She’ll style straight-off-the-runway couture for a night out with an intricate beauty look like it’s no big deal—and this weekend she did just that.

We haven’t seen much of Zendaya since her Challengers press tour. The actor has been taking a well-deserved summer vacation, making a low-key appearance at the Olympics opening ceremony, but otherwise laying low. Interestingly enough, her latest hair look is very similar—she styled a slicked-back “wet” look with two different outfits for a screening of Dune: Part 2.

On Friday, September 21, Zendaya was spotted in New York with faux “wet” hair, which felt unique for fall, especially paired with her autumnal-inspired outfits (she changed into another look later into the night). She slicked the front pieces of her hair back, as though she just emerged from the water. The rest of her strands were crimped into loose messy waves to look like she just got home from the beach.

The first look of the night featured a white military jacket paired with a sheer gauzy black skirt and lace-up heels, courtesy of Burberry. She kept the accessories minimal, letting the outfit have it’s moment. Later in the night, she went back to the 2010s in a short bubble-hem puff dress in a pretty emerald green tone.

Since the hair and outfits were the statement of her looks, she kept the makeup minimal with bronzy soft glam, and pink lipstick.
