Anne Hathaway Keeps This Red Lipstick in Her Bag

“What’s in my bag?” videos were always my favorite to watch as a pre-teen. Seeing influencers and celebrities spill all their favorite have-to-have products was so fun. Of course, I’d wanna see what’s in their bag! And as an adult, I was just as delighted when Anne Hathaway revived the trend on TikTok, dishing on her favorite lipsticks, mascaras, teas, and more.

When we say “Celebrities, they’re just like us,” we’re really referring to Hathaway. She plumps her lips with a bobby pin, she uses Starface pimple patches, and it’s safe to say her purse probably looks la lot like our own, Bandaids and all. In less than a day, her TikTok video has nearly half a million views, and lucky for you, we wrote down every product mentioned.

Starting off strong: Hathaway dove right in with her anti-nausea smelling salts, Bandaids, and antibiotic ointment cream—she’s obviously the friend with the handy dandy first-aid kit. Important! Next, she showcased her indoor and outdoor sunglasses, before pulling out a written-on sticky note that read “40 Days Until Election.”

Although the actor’s video was a quirky way to chat about all of her favorite products, it took a thoughtful turn mid-way when she reminded viewers about the upcoming election. “Today I am going to make sure that I am registered to vote,” she said. “What are you going to do?”

Then, it was onto the fun stuff. Hathaway kicked off the beauty department with skincare including Shisiedo’s Vital Perfection LiftDefine Radiance Sheet Masks (“You never know!” she says), then there’s a tube of Native Deodorant, a luxe-looking sunscreen, and By Terry Baume de Rose Lip Balm,

Hathaway further divulges her makeup bag, complete with Westman Atelier’s Lip Suede Matte Lipstick in a red shade (we would guess Pip, a classic cherry red), Tarte’s Opening Act Lash Primer, Shu Uemura’s Iconic Eyelash Curler, another Westman Atelier product (this time the brand’s Baby Cheek’s Blush Stick in Petal), Clinique’s High Impact Shadow Play Shadow + Definer, Revitalash’s Revitabrow Advanced eyebrow conditioner, a Chanel eye pencil (we’d wager it’s the Le Crayon Khôl), another (!) Gucci Westman product, the Vital Skincare Concealer, and a humble hair tie.

In the next bag, she unpacks WetWipes, a journal, Jillian Dempsey’s Flyk Trick Mascara, a charger and cord, tea, a clip, a pen, a comb and a brush, and finally, Charlotte Tilbury’s Lip Cheat.
