Hailey Bieber’s Easygoing Updo Is Perfect for Cozy Fall Days

When in doubt, throw it up in a clip. That’s usually my attitude when I’m too lazy to deal with my hair—whether it’s frizzy, I’m running out the door, or just having a bad hair day. And, it looks like that’s Hailey Bieber’s vibe this fall too. The Rhode founder posted a photo dump to Instagram featuring a pretty updo that we’ll be copying all season long.

Bieber has been slowly easing back into social media since the birth of her son, and her latest post is putting us in a cozy mood for fall. “It’s October and I’m someone’s Mom,” she captioned her Instagram post. She was really feeling the fall vibes, including a pumpkin emoji in her caption and plenty of seasonal memes in the carousel. Throughout her selfies, her easygoing updo was front and center.

The 27-year-old’s go-to style? A simplified take on the Pam Anderson updo, but instead of using pins, she simply tossed hers up into a claw clip. She left two tendrils out for that pretty face framing look and pulled the rest of her hair back tightly for a slicked-back effect. And that’s it. You can see the edges of her tortoiseshell clip peeking out of her chocolate brown hair. (These photos are likely a few weeks old, as she just revealed that she went caramel blonde.)

Shorter days and cooler mornings can make it so difficult to get up and get going, and Bieber’s low-key hairstyle is ideal for times like this. It’s the perfect style for when you don’t want to do much but still want to look put together.

Radiant skin, glossy lips, and a new mom glow were the centerpiece of her easygoing glam. Her relaxed fall outfit of choice in the photos kept to her signature pieces: A basic T-shirt, blazer, and oversized denim.

With just one photo dump, Bieber can set off a bevy of trends. Her deep navy night sky nails were also on display, which we’d wager is making navy a must-have manicure color for fall. Also, she teased a new Rhode Lip Case in the Espresso shade which is sure to sell-out once it drops.
