Kylie Jenner’s “Summer Garden” Manicure Features Hand-Painted Bug Details

Leave it to Kylie Jenner (and her amazing manicurist, Zola Ganzorigt) to make a manicure with tiny little bug designs feel chic and sophisticated. Earlier this week, Jenner’s bestie, Hailey Bieber swapped her go-to glazed manicure for a similar graphic manicure, only her nails were dotted with tiny painted-on fruits and veggies. Taking a page out of Bieber’s book, Jenner’s latest manicure features itsy bitsy bugs, and we know it has to be Stormi-approved.

Yesterday, the 26-year-old posted videos of her manicure on her Instagram stories, which Ganzorigt reposted to her main feed. Jenner captioned the video “Garden khy” and admitted that the “worm is her favorite” while showing off the different nails. Commenters on the manicurist’s post took the words out of our mouths: “The worm and snail are so adorable,” one said, another wrote, “Soooo cute.”

This is one of the first times we’ve seen Jenner experiment with a quirky manicure this year. The Khy founder loves a good iridescent chrome look or minimalist manicure, but her bug nails are one of the most unique manis we’ve seen this summer. Ganzorigt started by creating classic French tips on Jenner’s almond-shaped nails. Instead of using traditional white, Jenner opted for a pastel lime green shade. Then, on each nail Ganzorigt added a tiny little bug including a centipede, an ant, a butterfly, and a bee. She topped the nail look off with a glossy clear top coat.

In case you missed it, Bieber’s “farmers market” nails had different intricately painted-on fruits and veggies on her natural nails, also done by Ganzorigt. It’s refreshing to see both manicure muses do something different, and the bug nails are quite literally the cutest nail look we’ve seen in a minute.
