You’ve heard us say it once, you’ve heard us shout it from the rooftops twice and on umpteen other occasions: D la Repubblica is one of the best fashion titles in the business. Under the tutelage of Emanuele Farneti, the weekly fashion supplement to the Italian newspaper la Repubblica commands our attention just about every single week. Recently, Farneti has been providing us with a total fashion extravaganza and bestowed upon us a total of three celebratory issues. Volume #1 resulted in a whopping 21 covers featuring the finest DNA Models has on its rooster. Paolo Roversi, Colin Dodgson and Theo Sion each shot a cover for Volume #2. To conclude the fashion festivities, firm tFS forum fave Rianne van Rompaey served a cover girl for Volume #3.
The publication’s offering dated March 16, 2024 sees Léa Seydoux as cover girl:
We have encountered the French actress a fair few times down at the newsstand over recent months, with Seydoux having appeared on the covers of ELLE France and British Harper’s Bazaar. Photographed for D‘s latest, which shines a spotlight on Nicolas Ghesquière’s Spring 2024 collection for Louis Vuitton, the former Bond girl poses for photographer Vito Fernicola. In the minimalist cover shot, Seydoux (who has remained a Louis Vuitton brand ambassador since 2026) wears a black button-front blazer and white leggings, selected for the occasion by stylist and Ghesquière’s right-hand woman Marie-Amélie Sauvé.
