Remember the chocolate brown nail trend that took over last fall? Selena Gomez introduced a refreshed take on the trend just days into September. At the Telluride Film Festival, the actor declared her readiness for the cooler weather with another candy-inspired fall manicure.

ICYMI: The Telluride Film Festival took place over the long weekend, with Gomez making an appearance on August 31 for a screening and panel for her new movie, Emilia Perez. The 32-year-old was styled in a minimalist corporate-core blazer and jeans, with a pop of color coming from her light brown “toffee” nails.

Brown is always a trending color for fall, but is usually richer in color than Gomez’s latest manicure, which features nude-beige take on the trend. Manicurist Tom Bachik posted a photo of Gomez to his Instagram, revealing the how-to process behind the nails in the caption. Bachik, who is known for his signature medium-length almond shape, switched it up this time and crafted a long square shape for Gomez’s new nails. The exact color behind the manicure is Apres Nails Light & Shadow Polish in Be Still, a caramel beige.

The rest of Gomez’s glam was easygoing and pared-back. Hairstylist Marissa Marino styled her hair in a fresh blowout, adding volume to her front pieces to create a pretty curtain bang effect.
